This is an easy to use Gym Interval Work Timer, made with buttons and is very durable, Ideal for interval and circuit training use as well as a boxing gym round timer.

This is a great addition to any gym of any kind, whether boxing or any other combat sports or any other fitness gyms of any kind.

Features an extra loud sound can be heard even in any noisy gym environment.

Rounds can be set at either 2, 3 or 4 minutes per round.

Rest Periods can be set at either 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds between each round.

Intervals can be set if needed, or can be switched to no interval, or 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds.

Rest Button –  By simply pressing the reset button, you can restart the timer to the beginning of a new round at any time.

There is a 5 second, get ready to start delay built in when you initially turn the clock on start the workout, allowing you to get ready to go.
