We reserve the right to alter any information on our website without prior notice.
By placing an order with The Boxing Corner, customers are entering into contract with us and are therefore agreeing to our terms and conditions that are set out on this page.

The Boxing Corner reserves the right to refuse servicing or selling of products to any customer.
Pricing Policy.
Here at The Boxing Corner, we will always do our very best to be as competitive with our price’s as possible, however, most branded items have a strict recommended retail price, which we must adhere to.
We will occasionally have some items on our sale page, with reduced prices for a short period of time. These discounted sale prices may include products that are an end of range line, to help clear out old stock and some special one off promotional offers, that would all have a clear end date for the discounted sale prices. We would never have any item showing with a permanent sale / discounted price reduction.
The prices will always be shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Please always check your own countries exchange rates, before placing any orders, if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Order Processing.
Here at The Boxing Corner, we try to make our ordering process as straight forward and customer friendly as possible, so you can place your order and feel safe in the knowledge that we are looking out for you.

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email to confirm that we have received it safely.
We will review your order within the next possible working day and if there are any issues at all, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss any issues.
If any product has run out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product or give you the details of when the items will be arriving back in stock with us, or we will offer you a full refund. It will be totally your choice of what you would like to happen with the order.
If the products are all in stock, we would generally aim to get your order together, and ready for dispatch withing 2-4 working days, Monday – Friday, ( not including Bank Holiday Mondays ).
Cancellation Policy.
Here at The Boxing Corner, we understand that once you have placed your order with us, you have already agreed to our terms and conditions and are happy with your order placed.
If you need to cancel your order, this can only be done, if the order is a stock item / items and has not been dispatched. If the order is a stock item and has not been dispatched, we will refund 90% of the order value in total, as there will be a 10% surcharge to cover any costs for admin and other incurred expenses.
If the order has been dispatched already, when you ask for the order to be cancelled, you will be charged for both the delivery and the 10% surcharge. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs and you will be responsible for getting the order back to us, by a trusted, next day signed for courier company.
Once the order has arrived back with us safely, we will inspect the items and contact you, regarding any possible refunds. Please note, you will get 14 days only, from the date of placing the order, to get the unwanted order back to us safely and unworn. Any item sent back to us arriving outside of the 14th day, from ordering will not be eligible for any refund.
Any item that has been opened up from its original packaging or worn in any way whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund under our order cancellation policy.
Any order that you make with us, where we have had to order in for you as a non stock item, will unfortunately not be able to be cancelled and we will not be able to refund you at all.
Payment Terms.
Here at The Boxing Corner, we have 3 secure options for payment on our website, Bank Transfer, Bank Card Payment ( via Paypal ) or payment via Klarna.
You will have the choice of payment options at the checkout.
All orders will need to be paid for in full, with the payments clearing our bank, before we can dispatch any orders. Please note, the official purchase order date, begins once you have placed the order with us online.
U.K. Standard Delivery.
Here at The Boxing Corner, our aim will be to dispatch all UK mainland orders within 2-4 working days, Monday-Friday ( not including UK Bank Holidays ) from when you have placed the order.
Certain items may state a longer dispatch or delivery time within the product description, if this is the case, please feel free to contact us before placing the order and we will give you our very best estimate for a dispatch and delivery time.

Our average prices for most orders to be delivered in the UK mainland will be £10 and sent with a reputable courier company that will need a signature on receipt of delivery, such as Parcel Force.
Some larger items, such as punching bags, may incur an additional shipping charge, if this is the case, we will contact you at the time of processing the order to give you the additional shipping costs that will be required. We will then send you an invoice via paypal, before dispatch.
All the areas listed below may incur additional shipping charges or have slight delays on delivery times, we will notify you as soon as possible after receiving an order and send you the additional invoice for the shipping via a Paypal invoice, before dispatch.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.

Once the order has left our shop, you will receive a parcel tracking notice from the courier company and then at this stage, you will be liable for the delivery and you would need to insure you speak to the courier company for any delivery issues direct. The Boxing Corner will not be responsible for any missing or late deliveries once the courier company takes your parcel.
If you are unavailable or simply miss the delivery driver / courier when they try to deliver to you, they usually try to deliver again the next working day, or they may drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. You will be totally responsible for any extra costs incurred for re-delivery if this is needed.
If the parcel ends up back with us, we will notify you of the extra cost needed for the re-delivery and we will send you the additional invoice for the shipping via a Paypal invoice, before dispatch.
Rest of the world standard delivery.
If you live outside of the UK mainland, please always contact us, before placing an order online, via email at [email protected] to discuss the possible shipping charges.
Here at The Boxing Corner, our aim will be to dispatch all orders which are outside of the UK within 2-4 working days, Monday-Friday ( not including UK Bank Holidays ) from when you have placed the order.
We will notify you of any extra cost needed for the delivery and we will send you the additional invoice for the shipping via a Paypal invoice, before dispatch.
Please note that some countries may charge an import tax or custom duties on parcels arriving into their respective customs department. The Boxing Corner will not liable for any of these charges. Each country sets their own rules and rates internally. Any import tax or customs duties will be solely the customers responsibility.
If for any reason, the delivery parcel is returned to The Boxing Corner, the customer that placed the order, will be liable for all shipping charges both ways.

We check each item carefully for any faults before dispatching, however, any item that is delivered to you and not as described or has a fault on delivery, should be sent back within 14 days of ordering, where we will inspect the product on return to us and take appropriate exchange action of the item. We cannot send a different size, colour or style of the original ordered item. We do not offer a refund for any item unless the order was cancelled within The Boxing Corner Cancellation Policy terms.
