There is a small zipped compartment on the top to house your skipping ropes – There are 2 separate zipped compartments on one of the sides, which can house your gumshields in one and your handwraps in the other, so no more stress of searching through your kit bag looking for them.

At each end of the bag there are 2 elasticated netting compartments, so you can carry your water bottles without the worry of them leaking inside of the bag.

There is also another zipped compartment at each end, behind the netting which is lined so you can put your damp clothing in after training.

There is a large zipped compartment on one side to keep your paperwork in safely, which will fit up to A4 size.
